All GreatWindows.com blinds and shades are warranted for 100 years against any mechanical breakdown or failure, and manufacturing defects. Breakdown and defects resulting from abuse or misuse are not warranted. |

| RETURNS |
| GreatWindows.com agrees to repair or replace, whichever is more appropriate, any blind meeting the conditions of our limited warranty for 100 years, from the date of purchase. Should your purchased product become discontinued during its warranty period, we will make a replacement of similar value available, for the defective shade only, at no extra charge. Since we customize our window treatments to your specifications, there are no returns or refunds. |

For most products in this catalog, orders under 10 units and placed before 2:00 p.m. EST will ship out next business day.
- We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. However, certain custom items take a little longer. Shutters, Cornices, Custom Color woods, items from our Fabric and Hardware collections are exceptions to our next day shipping policy. Please see individual product pages for lead times.
- Occasional delays are experienced due to out-of-stock materials used in manufacturing products and products overloads, please bear with us during these delays.
